Cannot cancel my account, cause the website will not log me in... It's been trying to log me in for 30 min now, tried a dozen times and still money is being taken out each week.

I'm going to my bank to deal with on their end... Don't use them.

A nice way to join syndicates, make sure to cancel subscription though if you want it to be a one-time thing. Why only two stars, well I find it a bit suspicious that every time I’d win cash from their mini games the game would crash and not reissue the prize on my account. I got an email from customer service saying that’s unfortunate but not doing anything about it. So I believe they won’t give you any real money.

Beware of the SCAM.
I have tried to cancel several times on the service settings but that option doesn’t exist. Lotto social I want to CANCEL my account.

I want my account deleted and a refund I didn't give authorisation for a subscription.

This website is so glaringly obviously built to dupe people that at this point it should be discrimination on those mental disorders such as ADHD, Autism, Bipolar, BPD.
Where is the cancel button. I've tried for 3 days to get though to their chat person and the page never loads... Funny that. Absolutely needs reported to the ombudsman which I'm doing today.

Scam. Complete scam. If it wasn't so scammy I might consider using it for the various lotteries. But not whilst its targeting those with brain disorders and memory loss.

£7.99 taken from my account without my knowledge and again today....I tried to contact them 3 or 4 times in the week no response very bad customer service. I tried to do what they suggested to others to delete my account no option there.....this company is not legit....I want to cancel whatever it is that you are taking from my account!

5*in all aspects customer service is very good easy to understand and use games are also fun plus you can win money

I need every penny back I cancel my subscription yet still money is still being deducted from my account. This is robbery. Please remove it.
So I have canceled my account in addition I also unsubscribe to Lottosocial. I received an email saying, "sorry to see you leave, and that I won't be charged any further"
However, £5 was deducted three times. I am very disappointed and need my money refunded, please. Taking my money after I canceled and unsubscribed is stealing.

Seems expensive but for what you get I guess it’s actually not. I like that you earn bonus points to play games to win money. This however still is the lottery and your chances of winning are still extremely low

I have tried countless times to cancel my account even using google to see how I could close this account as there website so hard to find this option (which they make it so ) I ended up closing the account and received an email to the fact that my account was closed from lottosocial.com But they then took money again, I am now going to report this to my bank, and looking at the gaming commision, to sort this company out, How have they got the results on trustpilot they have got because thay clearly dont give people a way out or if they do' it is so hard to do .

Brilliant way of playing the lottery. Works out cheaper joining this way. Website is easy to navigate. The only slight issue I have is that it runs quite slow. Hasn’t put me off though!

They'll refuse to remove any card you put on, they'll claim you can "replace it" which isn't true you can only add more cards. Only way to stop transactions is to delete account or keep having to cancel syndicates with the risk of your details still there.

Edit: The response by lotto social clearly didn't even bother reading my full review. I stated "keep having to cancel syndicates..." but like I said they will NOT remove any of your credit/debit cards and if u try to replace a payment method they'll simply just add it and use your old payment method as a back up. They'll keep every credit/debit card info and will use them as back ups even after you request via their support.

Absolute scam. Signed up for the £1 promo. Checked my bank account next day to see they actually charged me £6.
At no point during sign up do they make clear that they will take an additional £5 at the same time as the £1 fee.
They send you an email AFTERWARDS to say it’s £1 for the first draw then £5 a week thereafter. Fairly certain thereafter doesn’t mean straight away.
Will be contacting my bank to cancel my card. This company is a fraud and cannot be trusted.

Fraudulent company. Do not call their 0161 number to cancel, they will only send you a text with a link to the “Help Bot” that you’re able to access through your account. If you try to cancel through the Help Bot, you will not receive any confirmation of cancellation. I have contacted my bank and requested that they put a block on further transactions for Lotto Social.

I payed a £1 off fee and ever since without my consent or knowledge I have been charged. £6.50 every week, I cannot remove my card details off my account. It is a scam and I have reported it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
